I went to TSO to get a long overdue eye checkup. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a huge selection of glasses to pick from and Dr. Guillory was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The office is very clean an organized and most importantly the staff and doctor are very customer service oriented. I will be going back, also I had a pair of my sunglasses reshaped there as well. Very good experience.

Easy to schedule an appointment. Great customer service. Dr. Guillory explains everything you need to know and is specific to your situation. His staff explained my insurance options and there was no pressure to buy at a higher level, although they did explain all the options well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Guillory for 3 years now, and every time I see him, I leave with a very confident feeling that my glasses will be correct.........and they ALWAYS are. It was not my experience before finding him that I could get a correct prescription on the first attempt, and I usually had to return to my eye doctor 2-3 times to get the lenses correct. Not so with Dr. Guillory, and I recommend him to everyone. Sometimes in a small town, we have to settle for care that is less than perfect and it is so refreshing to have such a first-rate doctor locally. Thanks Dr & Staff!

Great people! They were very nice and helpful! This is my new go-to spot! They worked with my medical insurance to get everything covered, and even saw me a second time a week later to adjust my script and fixed my brand new glasses for free!

I have taken both of my sons to TSO in Brenham for their glasses; one with a regular check up at TSO, and one with a prescription from his (specialty) eye doctor. The TSO doctors and staff are fantastic. The turn around time on eyeglasses is super fast, and the staff is great about explaining options and savings. Their customer service went above and beyond to replace glasses I had just purchased a month earlier (damaged by my younger son) this past summer, and I really appreciate it!
